About us

Naturally we want all our jewellery to look beautiful but we hope that it pleases more than your aesthetic taste. Each piece of Chakra Jewellery provides you with a basis on which to create your own personalised talisman of positive energy, support and wellbeing.

Chakra Jewellery Designs is the creation of UK born artist Katie Manekshaw. Her unique product range combines her abundant creativity with her strong sense of well being and inner peace. Her products are aimed to inspire love and positivity in all her customers from around the world.

Initially her work was globally appreciated throughout the new age and yoga community. But now women from all backgrounds are wearing her hand made healing jewellery and experiencing an enriched sense of self empowerment.

"My aim is to help people feel good on the inside, that’s what really counts. Women often write to me and tell me stories of how their Crystal Chakra Laces have worked for them. And that makes me feel like I am doing the right thing with my life. We are all capable of crystal magic."

Her more recent step into healing artworks has been a great success. Holding her first sell out exhibition “The Chakras” in Sydneys’ Intuative Well. You can still buy high quality prints of the artwork.

She is currently working on a collection of works based on “The Elements”. And for the first time ever, is taking commissions to create unique spiritual artworks for the private collector.

About the chakras

The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies seven energy centers in the body. If your chakras are not aligned you may feel physically, emotionally or spiritually imbalanced. The ideal is to have all your chakra centres aligned to feel optimum wellbeing.

As well as having their own unique healing properties, crystals are often linked to specific chakra points in the body, and are said to be helpful in realigning the chakras.
